What payment options are accepted?

How long is my medical card valid for?
Your medical card will be valid for one year from the date you’ve been certified.
My card is about to expire. How do I renew it?
You can renew your medical marijuana card 30 days before it expires. You can book a follow-up appointment with our doctor to get re-certified.
When you receive your new certification you can begin the renewal process for your medical card through the medical marijuana program.
How does the consultation for medical marijuana work?
The consultation with our certified medical marijuana doctor is quick and effortless. Beforehand, you need to fill out the information form, pick a convenient consultation time, and register an account with QuickMedCards. Usually, the appointment takes 10 – 15 minutes, and if approved, you will get your marijuana certification through email and in your QuickMedCards dashboard immediately afterward.
What if I miss my appointment or need to reschedule?
You can reach out to our customer support to reschedule your appointment. You won’t be charged a no-show fee if you miss your first consultation. However, a $45 no-show fee applies if you miss the rescheduled appointment.

- Severe and persistent muscle spasms not excluding those synonymous with multiple sclerosis
- Severe arthritis
- Severe nausea
- Tourette’s syndrome
- Ulcerative colitis (IBD)
- Any other medical condition or its treatment approved by the Department of Health.
