How much does a medical card cost?

We charge $149 for the doctor’s consultation and the certification you need to register for the medical card.

Patients must also pay $150 to the Arizona Medical Marijuana Registry for their medical card. Patients participating in the SNAP program may have their medical marijuana card fees reduced to $75.

What payment options are accepted?

Currently, we are unable to accept the following payment methods: Flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending accounts (LPFSA), or dependent care flexible spending accounts (DCFSA).

How long is my medical card valid for?

Your medical card will be valid for two years from the date you’ve been certified.

My card is about to expire. How do I renew it?

You can renew your medical marijuana card 30 days before it expires. You can book a follow-up appointment with our doctor to get re-certified.

When you receive your new certification you can begin the renewal process for your medical card through the medical marijuana program.

How long will it take to get my medical card?

How does the online video evaluation for medical marijuana work?

Next, on the day of your appointment, we will send you an email and text with a link to your video-call consultation with our physician prior to your appointment time. Click the link to start your evaluation over a secure video call. You will receive your certification soon after the doctor approves you for medical marijuana treatment.

What if I miss my appointment or need to reschedule?

You can reach out to our customer support to reschedule your appointment. You won’t be charged a no-show fee if you miss your first consultation. However, a $45 no-show fee applies if you miss the rescheduled appointment.
